Mikhael Paul Wealth Management is licensed as an insurance agency and maintains affiliations with New York Life Insurance Company, MetLife, and AFLAC for the sale of life, health, and accident insurance products. While this is a core business activity of the firm rather than a separate outside business, Ms. Faith dedicates herself to insurance-related activities, including product evaluation, client consultations regarding insurance needs, policy reviews, and coordination with insurance company representatives. The firm's insurance activities and the conflicts of interest they create are fully disclosed in Items 5 and 10 of this brochure.

Ms. Faith is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mikhael Paul Entertainment Agency, operating as MKP Entertainment. MKP Entertainment is a full-service entertainment and talent management agency that connects audiences and clients with innovative experiences across sports, entertainment, music, media, and fashion.
